  • Is alcohol allowed to be served on the premises?
    Yes! Alcohol is allowed and welcomed by our guests ALCHOL OF ALL KIND MUST BE SERVED BY A LICENSED AND INSURED BARTENDER. Access to our LED Mobile Bar is included in our standard booking package. No alcohol can be sold on the premises. WE DO NOT ALLOW BYOB. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your event WITHOUT REFUND and forfeiture of your security deposit.
  • How many guests does your venue space accommodate?
    Our space has a max capacity of 100 guests seated and 125 strolling.
  • Is free parking available?
    We offer ample free parking. Spaces are abundant and accommodate well over our capacity.
  • Are guests allowed to bring in their own catering?
    Absolutely! We welcome guests to bring in their own catering. All food must be prepared off site. Warmers and chafing dishes are allowed, and our space offers a kitchenette with a sink for light food prep as well as a refrigerator/freezer for your convenience. There is no cooking allowed on-site.
  • Does your space offer wheelchair accessibility?
    We sure do! Our space contains two fully equipped ADA restrooms and does not require the use of any stairs.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside of the building or in any of the common areas. Violation will result in immediate cancellation of your event WITHOUT REFUND and forfeiture of your security deposit.
  • How do I book my event?
    We require a 25% deposit to secure all events. This deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to change the event date, one date change is allowed within 1 year of your original scheduled event. The remaining balance including a $300 refundable security deposit is due no later than 14 days prior to your event date. Events booked less than 14 days from event date must be paid in full.
  • Do you offer decorating services?
    Thank you for asking! We offer in-house decor packages, and we have exclusive partnerships with phenomenal vendors to accommodate all your event decor needs.
